Anushka hugs hubby after India wins T20 series

In a video that has gone viral, Anushka Sharma can be seen hugging her husband Virat?Kolhi, after India’s win over England in T20 series. Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma were spotted out and about Cardiff, where they even posed with fans for photographs.

Anushka Sharma was there in the stands as the Indian team, led by husband and cricketer Virat Kohli, won the T20 series against England on Sunday in Bristol, UK. Anushka has accompanied Virat to Cardiff before the second match. Sakshi Dhoni, wife of cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni, was seen cheering for Team India too along with daughter Ziva. As India won the match, Anushka could be seen hugging Virat in a video that has since gone viral. Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli, who tied the knot in a hush-hush affair in Tuscany, Italy can't get enough of each other. While Anushka can't stop gushing over her hubby, Virat too, is quite open about his feelings for his lady luck. When Virat gave the credit for his stupendous performance in South Africa to wife, Anushka too, shared a picture of Virat on her Instagram story, writing, ''What a guy!'' followed by heart emoji.

In his victory speech in South Africa, the handsome hunk stated that his wife deserves credit for keeping him motivated adding that Anushka was criticised in the past, but she always kept him going.

Sakshi had earlier shared a photo in which we can see the cricketers’ wives. Anushka, Sakshi and 3-year-old Ziva can be seen with Ashish Nehra’s wife Rushma, Shikhar Dhawan’s daughters Aliyah, Rhea and Krunal Pandya’s wife Pankhuri Sharma. “Bleed blue. Go India. Happiness,” Sakshi wrote with the photo. Earlier, Anushka and Virat were spotted out and about in Cardiff, Wales. They happily posed for photos with fans as well. They were also photographed celebrating Dhoni’s 37th birthday along with his family and the rest of the team. Anushka is often seen in the stands when Virat is playing. She had accompanied Virat to South Africa for a series and cheered him on during the IPL series.

Virat and the Indian team are on a three-month tour of the UK. The couple was earlier photographed inside the team bus, heading for Cardiff. Anushka will next be seen in the drama, Sui Dhaaga, opposite Varun Dhawan, and Zero with Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. She also starred as an author in the Sanjay Dutt biopic, Sanju.

Wishes poured in for the Indian cricket great MS Dhoni, who celebrated his 37th birthday on 7th July. Dhoni is currently in England with the Indian cricket team, for a three T20 and three ODI series. Dhoni cut his birthday cake with his India teammates as well as his wife Sakshi and daughter Ziva in company. India captain Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma were also present. There was another reason for celebrations as the former Indian captain on Friday created yet another record of playing 500 International games for his country. Dhoni played 90 Tests for India in which he captained the country in 66 Tests, whereas so far he has played 318 ODIs and 92 T20Is. Dhoni already holds the record of captaining his country in most T20I games, that is 72. The venerable cricketer had given up India’s limited-overs captaincy at the start of 2017, and is expected to take a call on his future only after the World Cup in England next year.

Meanwhile, several of Dhoni’s current and former teammates wished him on his birthday. Virender Sehwag tweeted “May your life be longer than this stretch and may you find happiness in everything, faster than your stumpings. Om Finishaya Namaha !”. Sachin Tendulkar tweeted “Wish you a very happy birthday, @msdhoni and congratulations on playing your 500th International match. May you continue to give joy and happiness to people around you and beyond”.
